Client Need:

Can training tours be made mandatory for new users and whenever new features are released?

WalkMe Solution:

Yes. Pop-ups can be made un-closeable, forcing completion. They can also be triggered contextually on specific pages, for specific users, or after a specific date.

UAT Environment & Proficiency Testing

Client Need:

Create a "certification" workflow in the UAT environment where users must complete tasks and achieve a performance score before getting production access.

WalkMe Solution:

Achievable through training curriculums and analytics. WalkMe can track task completion, measure accuracy, and control access to features (or entire environments) based on this progress.

Guardrails & Smart Assistance

Client Need:

Can the system do more than basic validation? For example, make fields mandatory based on other inputs, or even check the quality of free-text?

WalkMe Solution:

Yes. Demonstrated conditional logic (making a field required based on another's value). Discussed the "AI SmartTip" feature, which can analyze text and suggest improvements, fulfilling the quality-check requirement.

Feature Showcase:

When a "duplicate lead" warning appears from Dynamics, a single click on a WalkMe button can automate the entire 5-6 step process of finding and displaying the existing duplicate record.

Mobile App Compatibility

Client Concern:

How well does this functionality translate to the Power Apps mobile client, which is used by 95% of the workforce?

WalkMe Response:

There is high feature parity (~80-85%). Core capabilities like guidance, validation, and access control work seamlessly, with only minor UI adjustments needed for the mobile layout.
